This was the first time i followed a course in psychology . At the first instance I was not comfortable but with the confidence gave by the lecture Mr Zamreen Zarook it was a wonderful journey full of knowlage with fun and happiness . The entire course content and delivery was on point. Not too concise and not too elaborate. Just enough to give us a step into the fields of psychology creating an interest to dig deeper. Mr. Zarook was patient and accommodative to explain the multiple clarifications we had. He also got us thinking and debate topics in a healthy way. This programme has given me the edge in knowledge and critical thinking with better understanding of the mind and body. Thank you for a great start !

The diploma in teacher training organized by Universal College was absolutely incredible! The program had such engaging content right from the start. I've attended online classes before, but this one really stood out with its high level of involvement and interaction. The lecturers were so kind, patient, and really took the time to listen to all the case studies, questions, and doubts we had during the lessons. A huge shoutout to Mr. Zamreen, the chief lecturer, for going above and beyond. His unique approach definitely helped us discover our true potential as teachers. Personally, I felt it too! Attending the diploma in teacher training was an enlightening experience, providing me with valuable insights and practical knowledge essential for a career in education. The curriculum covered a diverse range of topics, from Education & Child psychology to classroom management strategies, enriching my understanding of effective teaching practices. Despite the enriching content, one notable drawback was the discrepancy in course duration. The program took significantly longer to complete than initially stated, which posed challenges in terms of planning and time management. This extended duration was somewhat frustrating and impacted my ability to pursue other opportunities concurrently. Nevertheless, the dedication of the instructors and the camaraderie among classmates made the journey worthwhile. Overall, while the extended duration was a drawback, the diploma in teacher training provided me with invaluable skills and knowledge that have laid a solid foundation for my future career in education.
